If the customer can't accept to redo totally, we will give him a credit note. The amount of the credit depends on two parties' specific agreements. However, if it is the customer's design problem, he should take all the responsibility himself, instead of us.

    3?Payment methods

    We accept two payment methods as following:

    A. Bank transfer: lonrry HSBC account in Hong Kong

    B. Paypal way: We will issue the invoice of PayPal, customers can use PayPal or credit card for payment.

    4?How to do security work for the product?

    When we receive your 3D data (such as: IGES \ step, etc.), we do strict confidentiality, after production we will promptly remove without leaving any data, for outsourcing suppliers we also signed a related agreement, try our best to protect from exposing the design of your product.

    5? How to arrange the shipment?

    When sunfun finishes an order, we will assemble the products in taking photographs, making packaging protection for each component for avoiding damage during transport. We have strict steps which require of cardboard boxes in packaging.

    We will send the photographs to customers (including components photos, carton packaging photos, transportation tracing number, commercial invoice , etc) to inform you that there is no problem, then you should arrange payment, and provide us with certificates of deposit or PayPal receipt, then we will be arrange the delivery.

    6?How to settle the freight cost?

    Product transportation costs are paid by the customer, when you receive the quotation we provide, indicating the product transportation costs, freight will be paid in advance by us. Customers need to return the freight we paid when making the settlement.

    Product transportation costs can also be paid by express to be collected at destination. Customers need to inform us the express account number of their companies (such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS), so we can fill customer account in the express transportation sheet.
