Problems and quality requirements of large scale machining

There are many problems that need to be paid attention to in large-scale machining. Therefore, before the machining personnel operate the workpiece, they should let the machining personnel fully understand these problems, so as to better shorten the machining time, reduce the problems encountered in the machining process, and improve the quality of the workpiece. 1. When the workpiece is too high, the cutter with different length should be used for roughening, and then the knife should be used to remove the residual material.

2. Flat bottom knife should be used to process the plane, which can effectively reduce the processing time. If there is a slope and it is an integer, the slope knife should be used for processing.

3. The material with high hardness in large-scale machining should be processed by reverse milling; the material with low hardness should be processed by forward milling; the finish machining should be processed by reverse milling, and the finish machining should be processed by forward milling.
